There was a time in my life when all I ever did was play basketball. I still play 3 to 4 times a week. It keeps me young. I remember being young and not sure of what I wanted to do with my life. I never thought that I would become a photographer.
I always wanted to work for Nike. It is my favorite brand. I guess it goes back to the early Jordan commercials with Spike Lee. Those commercials were creative and just cool.
I realized something the other day as I was shooting the Men’s Basketball team for Cal State Bakersfield, they are sponsored by Nike. How cool is that. Something that I dreamed of doing actually came true in a way. I don’t know, but it feels good to just work hard and enjoy what I am doing at the same time. Be blessed… Peace.
