It has been 3 years since I have been back to New Orleans. I missed it so much! This year I went back with family that had never been to this great city. We watched Fireworks on the Mississippi River on the 4th of July. We took our family on a swamp tour and a tour of the Laura and Oak Alley Plantation. We had to take the family to Bourbon Street and Frenchmen Street. We ate great food at Neyow’s and Court of Two Sisters. We took a stroll through City Park and visited Congo Square, the birthplace of Jazz. The WWII Museum was a great experience. There is no place like New Orleans.
